Our Story
Water Damage Restoration Garland was founded by a team of experienced restoration professionals who grew up and built their careers in the Garland area. Over more than a decade of working in this market, we kept seeing the same pattern: large national franchise companies routing calls to regional offices, dispatching crews from across the metroplex, and treating each job as a transaction rather than a neighbor's home or business.
We built this company differently. Every crew member is a direct employee — trained by us, background-checked by us, and accountable to us. Equipment is staged throughout Garland and surrounding communities, not at a central depot an hour away. When someone in Garland calls us with a water emergency at 3 AM, a local crew is on the way — not a call center representative scheduling a morning appointment.
Our measure of success is straightforward: the property is restored completely, the client understood everything that happened during the job, and they would call us again without hesitation. After more than 500 completed restoration jobs in the Garland area over 13 years, that standard is still what we hold every job to.
